Brodeto is the embodiment of Chef Scott Crawford's lifelong passion for Adriatic cuisine. After years of exploring the coastal regions of Italy and Croatia, Chef Crawford created Brodeto to share the authentic flavors and techniques of the Mediterranean with Raleigh.
The name Brodeto comes from a traditional Adriatic fish stew—a symbol of the region's seafaring heritage and commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every element of Brodeto reflects this dedication: from our carefully curated wine program featuring Italian and Croatian selections to our ever-changing menu based on the finest available seafood.
